Custom Blue 9" Jetted Hellcat w/ Dragon Skin (Copy)

This is a glowing aqua blue insert with a 360-degree wrap of a really unique textured dragon skin I've never been able to find again:  the color and texture is key on this beauty.  If you love the traditional blue-over-white you should give some blue-over-glow a try for a change and see what this does for you!  Note: I forgot to put a BFD label on this lure - please remember where you got her when you catch a big one :)
