If you've been a BFD for a while, you already know the magic of Mean Joe Glow: we took an old-school skirt combo that's successful all around the world, and we kicked it up and made it better with glow and UV treatment and more contrast. Our MJG has been a monster marlin story ever since.
To capitalize on a good thing, I made a custom lure to match: black head with shimmery mother of pearl shell for contrast, my own handmade glowing eyes, a flashy silver belly, and the extra detail of glowing hexagons of vinyl to reflect that killer skirt pattern.

BFD Hellcats are a 9" jetted cut-faced plunger that will blow a bubble trail and swim heavy seas like no other.
Our jet tubes get 22% more flow than any other lure on the market. The bigger jet tube design is customized for our unique lures, working with the oval saddles and keel weight to maintain ballast. Our jets are positioned differently, sitting higher on the face so they can 'breathe' when the lure pops up for air.
Hand-crafted with true keel-weighting for stability, and oval saddles for a lifelike profile, these smokers have finished faces with a larger surface area, giving you more action. Perfect for matching the hatch when baits are a little bigger than your 7" lures, going for marlin, wahoo, and bigger tuna.
